Proactive and customer-oriented service in real time 24/7
The AI Tech Support is the latest tool introduced by SMI after-sales department in order to ensure an increasingly proactive, user-friendly and customer-centric service.
This is a software application based on artificial intelligence algorithms that is designed to simulate natural and structured conversations with the final user and can be accessed via the Smyzone portal.
In particular, the user can interact directly with the AI Tech Support to ask questions about his own machine. The system responds in real time with accurate, complete answers, including direct links to the relevant technical sheets.
The use of this tool offers several advantages for the customer, including:
Continuous after-sales, 24/7
The AI Tech Support is always active and available, regardless of the time or day of the week. This results in constant support for the customer, without waiting times: a relevant benefit for SMI, which operates globally and serves customers distributed across several time zones.
Multilingual support for inclusive communication
The system is capable of handling conversations in multiple languages, automatically adapting to the customer's selected language. This makes the user experience more intuitive and accessible, facilitating understanding and reducing the risk of misunderstandings caused by language barriers. To ensure communication is clear, immediate and effective, the AI Tech Support also includes multimedia content, such as images and videos, within the answers.
Efficient troubleshooting
The AI Tech Support plays a key role in diagnostics and problem resolution as well. In presence of anomalies or malfunctions, it is capable of offering accurate suggestions and effective solutions, reducing machine downtime. Furthermore, it acts as an interactive digital manual, offering in real time precise instructions on how to perform operations, thus reducing the need to consult paper documents or wait for human support.
