The SL series is designed for clear-cut market segments as it provides quite a low output. It represents the entry level of SMIPACK production range, even though it keeps most of the features of the S series. The SL series of L-sealing hood packers includes two models for outputs ranging from 150 to 200 packs/hour.

The S series represents the “core product” of SMIPACK range and can be used for industrial applications, providing quite a high output. The S series of L-sealing hood packers includes five models for outputs ranging from 200 to 900 packs/hour.

The SE series of L-sealing hood packers includes five models for outputs ranging from 200 to 900 packs/hour.
This series is dedicated to those resellers that wish to combine the high-quality and top-performance of SMIPACK machines with the possibility of customizing them with their logo.

Modularity and excellent price/quality ratios are the main features characterizing the manual, semiautomatic and fully automatic L-sealers of the FP series. All the models of this range can indeed be supplied with or without shrink tunnel.
Compared to the traditional L-sealing hood packers, the FP series provides higher outputs as well as the possibility of using Polyethylene film, besides the traditional shrink films.
The FP series of modular L-sealers with shrink tunnel includes different models, for outputs ranging from 600 to 3,000 packs/hour.

The L-sealers of the "FP Food" series feature a stainless steel frame (AISI 304) and the conveyor complying with the FDA, UE and USDA standards, concerning products in direct contact with food. The FP series is ideal to satisfy the exigencies of the food industry (meat, frozen food, fish, cheese, chocolate, etc.).
The whole range is equipped with the "Flextron" electronic control system, which ensures an immediate and precise control of the packaging process.

The new series of monoblock semi-automatic and automatic shrinkwrappers with sealing bar ßetaPack are extremely versatile: they can pack various products, such as glass and PET bottles, cans, boxes, trays, jars, cartons of different sizes in a wide range of pack collations. They can be used in several industry segments, such as beverages, food, chemicals, wine and spirits, cosmetics, detergents, wood, textile, graphic etc.
The ßetaPack series allows SMIPACK to meet a wide variety of customers’ demands and to ensure a very good quality/price ratio.

The HA automatic handle applicators can apply handles on shrink fi lm packs, cardboard cases, briks, paper rolls or any type of rigid packs. In addition products can pass through the HA handle applicators without any handle being applied on them. The HA series can apply different types of handles, joined to a transparent adhesive tape and made from:

• precut cardboard labels
• polypropylene reel fed labels
• Kraft paper reel fed labels
• pre-handled reels

At the moment, 4 models are available, differing in their speed: HA 25, HA 40, HA 60, HA 80. They grant, respectively, outputs of 25, 40, 60, 80 packs per minute -PPM-, considering the pack dimensions. All HA models can be confi gured to be placed in lines with single or double lane.
